This is a unique opportunity for the right person. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home in the heart of Green lake. It is directly across from the main bus route and one block from the Green Lake Park and Green Lake Library.
The main floor is the available space. This private bedroom is on the main floor along with the private bathroom. There are no other rooms on the main floor. The middle floor (shared space) is the large kitchen and dining and living area. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the third floor. Also includes (shared laundry units).
We are looking for someone that is flexible and available to watch our 10 yr old son on the following schedule in exchange for the value of the lease and additional compensation based on the total hours spent being responsible for our 10 year old son:
Up to 2 weekends per month, with one weekend starting on Thursday at 6pm, until Sunday night at 11pm and the other weekend 6pm Friday until Sunday night at 11pm.
Also, 3 Wednesday evenings per month from 6pm until 11pm.
Waking hours would equal 92 hours per month with pay equaling $13 per hour during daytime hours and $20 per overnight supervision during sleeping hours including the value of the room lease ($600). Anything over 92 daytime hours per month would be paid at $13 per hour and any overnight supervision would be paid at $20 per night.
This is most likely going to fit best with a student looking for a place to live and study that can also make additional income while doing schoolwork. This opportunity leaves several weekends free per month and also most weekday days and evenings for school, a 2nd job, social activities, relaxation, or study time.
Summary:
One private furnished bedroom and one private bathroom in an upscale Green Lake Town Home shared with one couple and their 10 year old son.
The total compensation for the 92 monthly daytime sitting hours would be $1,200, plus 5 overnight sitting sleeping hours $20 per night for a total of $1,300 per month with $600 of that compensation in the form of a paid lease, and the other $700 paid in cash.
Sitting responsibilities include:
Meal prep
General supervision
Transportation to and from a fencing class on Saturdays (2x per month) while in your care, as well as a few occasional school pick ups and drop offs.
