I currently live at the retreat and I am trying to get out of my lease, and I am looking for a sub-leaser. Sub leasers at the retreat however have the luxury of choosing any house, or room in the community without any ties to the previous leaser. All you would need to do is contact the retreat, let them know you're sub leasing a renter's lease and they will walk you through the steps. This is a great way to secure a room at the retreat because it fills up so fast. I hope this is all making sense.
