My roommate and I are need of 1 roommate to join our year lease at the Walmor Apartments from August 1st until July 31st. Rent is 686 a month including water and garbage, not including other utilities. The apartment is a great spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a large laundry room, decent sized kitchen and a fire place in our roomy living room. The bathroom you would used is shared with one of us but we are very clean and organized. The Apartment is a 15 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute bus ride on a good day.Bus stop is located on the block. The room that is available is the second largest room in the apartment with a very big closet and two windows. My roommate and I are currently undergraduates at the University of Washington and are looking for a female roommate preferably a student as well.
